Week 3 – RSVP please! How to collect all the outstanding wedding RSVPs.

Knowing that it was getting to be crunch time with a lot of RSVPs outstanding and the caterer needing the final headcount,  to say Kendall was stressed would have been an understatement. That was until she remembered WedTexts could help corral all the missing RSVPs. With one message she was able to ask all the remaining (non RSVPd) guests to RSVP!! She sent the following message –

“FYI – the last day to RSVP to Kendall & Matthias’s Wedding is 5 days away! If you haven’t, please return the paper RSVP by Sep 1, 2016 (Sat). Or take a second to RSVP online at www.onlineweddingrsvp.com. Thank you in advance!”

Unlike emails, that go unread, the text messages that she sent were read instantly by the recipients, and all but 2 RSVPd within a day!

This greatly reduced Kendall and Matthias’s stress allowing them to enjoy their Saturday instead of having to make 50 phone calls.
