Month 8 – How to build a wedding website.

With things coming together so quickly, they couldn’t wait to share their wedding details with their loved ones. Matthias and Kendall began building their wedding website. They used the Watercolor Wreath design from Minted.com (affiliate link). It was super simple to setup.

After building their site on the free version, they opted to upgrade so they could have their own personal url. They uploaded several photos, input the details they knew: wedding date, location, bridesmaids, groomsmen, hotel room block information, and some great local attractions including Mystic Pizza.

When the website was built, they linked it to the registry they built earlier in the day at Zola (affiliate link). Their registry was packed with goodies for their future house.

Kendall and Matthias - Wedding Texting

Kendall and Matthias loved being able to use WedTexts to share their wedding hashtag…“Thank you for all your love and support! Be sure to use #KenandThIDO to share all the memorable moments related to our wedding! For more wedding related information check out our website www.kendallandmatthiasaregettingmarried.com. – Love Kendall & Matthias”

Later that month Kendall started shopping for the Save-The-Date. She knew people typically didn’t send them out for another 2 months, but she was too excited to wait! She loved the Minimal Statement design from Paper Wedding Divas (affiliate link).
